Good: The weather that day.. Bad: Almost everthing about this place. From the dead flowers they were decorating with down to there staff. One staff member in particular who is most unproffesional,I think initials J.A. Wrinled suit, needed a haircut, needs an education in this line of work. We have not even received our death certificate and the funeral was in January. Doesn't do any good to call because they don't return your call..Like I titled this article,Never Again.. Improvements: Some educating of employees. The place could use a good cleaning. Train one certain employee to stay out of family problems and not choose sides. Thanks to this employee my dad's funeral was more stressful than it had to be.... Other: So glad this is not the only funeral home in this area so that families have other options at there time of need..
