Review content:
We used a gift card one time there, and then went back another time to finish up the balance on the gift card. The waitress said it had no balance. We called over a manager and told him we'd only used it once and there should be plenty of money left on there. We waited about 15 min while he called their corporate office regarding the gift card. He came back and said, "You apparently tipped the waiter last time the rest of your balance..." We laughed--how insulting. It was more than obvious to us and him that the waiter rewrote the tip line to cash in on the rest of the gift card. We gave the manager the description of our last waiter.
Makes me reluctant to use credit cards now too. Beware!
Needless to say, the manager comp'd our entire meal for the inconvenience.
