Jeaninie (chef and co-owner) and Peter (co-owner) are always gracious hosts! We have been eating at Page One for years and it is always consistantly good! We love the soft warm onion bread that is brought to the table. Last night my husband ordered his favorite dish: Onion Crusted Chicken and I had the Salmon Almond Horsradish. Both were perfectly cooked -- never dried out. My salmon was moist and delicious -- what a great flavor combination: sweet citrus glaze in contrast with the bite of the horseradish! Jeaninie always pairs the dishes with potatoes or rice and fresh vegetables. We shared a light tomato orzo soup which the kitchen offered to split into separate bowls for us - how accomodating. Page One always goes the extra mile, working very hard trying to please and to make your dining experience an enjoyable one. Peter even tried to help us out with regard to a draft, which he resourcefully stopped! Page One is located in downtown Glen Cove, conveniently near the movie theater. Pros: Service, Food
