Review content:
Paddy Coynes fills a need in this expanding neighborhood - the need for drink and decent food amongst nothingness. I don't count Taco del Merde as food, the Indian restaurant down the street is barely passable, so until they put something else in the neighborhood this is as good as homey food gets. The shepherd's pie is wonderful, although I would recommend discreetly sopping up the bright orange grease that rims the bowl. Irish stew is great and so is the soda bread. Most menu items are 1/2 off at happy hour.
