I placed a request for an after-hours call and it was not a problem. The phone-representative was very professional, warm and helpful! I described my problem and she gave me the fees for what I described and made it very clear that if further work was required the technician would tell me the price in its entirety after he assesed the situation and before he would begin his work. They were on my doorstep within the hour! My technician was friendly, professional, quick and VERY thorough with his work. Im extremely pleased! Pippin Brothers will definitely be my go-to for all my future plumbing needs!
