Ok we bought a couch last night, at our favorite store Ashley's furniture, but before we setled on our couch we hit all the local furniture store and Basset happened to be one of them. Known for great leather furniture, we headed over to Basset, the store was virtually empty of customers, and I suppose sales people. After 30 minutes in the store we decided to leave as no one wanted our money. Upone exiting the store we saw 4 yes count them 4 sales peple sitting on a couch, and not getting up to ask us if we needed anything or awknowledge us, then as we passed them, 2 women at the customer service counter sat there talking to eachother. Now if you want to go to a high priced store where you will be ignored or they only help who they want, this is a great place for you to shop. If you are a customer interested in great customer service and a value for your money, walk on over down the street to Ashelys an forget you even saw a basset! Can I give this store a negative star? Well yesterday they lost a $3000 sale
