Caritta Salon is the best salon in Boise. The colors are bright (I am so sick of the black and white), and the girls are cheerful. The salon is upscale but it has the feel of the old corner barber shop with girls giggling and the stories flying around the shop. I did a cut and color and could not be happier with my hair. I would highly recommend Caritta--It is a true gem!
