I love this place! Fire and Ice is a Mongolian grill. Basically, they give each person a bowl and you get to fill it with whatever you want to eat and then grill it for you! Around the perimeter of the restaurant are little stands where you can find fresh meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables. Put whatever you want in your bowl, go over to the sauce stand and add some flavor and take it to the grill where a chef will cook it for you. It is a fun experience and you can actually pick exactly what you want to eat!
