My son recently had an operation to inset tubes into his ears because of chronic ear infections. The doctors were wonderful. They really set me at ease and I was a nervous wreck. The procedure itself took only minutes.
My problem lies with trying to schedule an appointment. Don't count on getting through. I have called about 15 times and each time I received voice mail. Only once was my voice mail ever returned. Recently, I called to make a follow up appointment. This was about 2 weeks ago. I still have not heard back.
Honestly ,Temple was our second choice for this surgery. We would have rather gone to Children's, but the wait was months long. We are happy with the doctors, but furious at the scheduling department. I will be calling with a complaint tomorrow.
