I brought my used Dodge Intrepid into this dealership to see if they could help me out. After I got told to go to 5 different areas of the dealership I finally found who I was looking for, but had to wait 20 for her to tell me to wait for someone else. WhenI finaly got to that person they simply told me I would have to drop the car off and they would get to it at some point. That is not doing good business if you ask me. Why didn't they just say that in the first place or set me up an appointment. It was just plain bad business and to top it all off they weren't even nice about it. So unless you want to get poor business I would go here.
