It is frustrating to see Kia service dept has lack of product knowledge or ability to solve customer problems. They sold me a Kia Spectra with a faulty (over reading) speedometer. I also purchased extended warranty on the vehicle. Reported fault but twice the techs said they tested on the freeway and did not detect any fault. Checked with Police and highway speed checkers (digital) and it proved to be 3 miles over for every 20 mph. Kia in Auburn being the dealership I purchased the car from has no idea how to check or fix it nor do they return my call after voicemails left of service manager's vm. Are they hiding from their clients. I guess this car is showing untrue miles on the odometer as well and that may have been the reason why it was traded in and was on their lot.
