This was a nice place. The people working out were wonderful! However, the name says LADIES Workout Express. Why was there a man there? I believe he owned the place [he was not working out] but he was very rude to me because he thought I spent too much time on the treadmill. The music is a blast from a past...I did not enjoy it. The workout is only high intensity if you work the machines hard and fast enough. I stopped going after the rude man confronted me.
They try VERY hard for you to refer them...it can get pretty annoying!
