I agree with the previous reviewer that the NP's and Dr's are wonderful. However, the office manager makes it impossible to get refills and referrals. I have never seen an administrator who basically controls a medical practice. It is just not patient-centered at all. While I've never been very ill, I worry that I might get sick not being able to get my prescriptions filled or worse given access to care. The office frightens me.
