I looked at several competitors before making a decision and for the price, nothing beat Easy HUD. I was almost afraid that since it was so affordable that it wouldn't be good, but the opposite turned out to be true - it's awesome! Took 10 mins to install and a day to learn, and I taught my staff in just a few hours.All the documents for merging were converted easily, with input from the very helpful support team. With the cloud version, I can go into my HUD program no matter where I am, make the change and the closing is finished. Since we automated our firm's real estate closing process with Easy HUD, we've reduced closing preparation time by 60-70%.
I also found out I can improve my billable hours that might have otherwise been lost in rush of the day with their legal billing solution. I now track and enter billable time, generate invoices, receive payments and perform bank accounting all from one system.
Finally, they have excellent program for attorneys who need trust accounting. I use EasyTrust for my IOLTA account and found it very user-friendly for my staff.
