Unsure of what type of lock I needed for my new home, I went into Lock and Tech USA clueless. Nevertheless, the handyman at lock and tech was able to provide accurate depictions of possible locks and which locks provided the best security. I walked out the store a happy customer because he did not overbear me with locksmith terminology. He took it slow and easy. I appreciate the service completely. Highly Recommended
