I shop at Dollar General weekly but I alway leave in a bad mood when I go to the store on University. The manager( Dora) has very bad customer service skills. She is so rude and never wants to help any one who is not one of your friends or someone kin to her. I watch how she treats customers differently and it's just sickening. I strongly believe something needs to be done to help her management skills as well as her customer service skills.
