You are paying for an amateur hair cut when you go here as a customer. I have heard it is like a hands on teaching school, so some stylists have the skills of a student. It seems like they are in still in the process of learning and waiting to receive their certification. Just ask for the more experienced stylists, and the receptionist should accomodate you. They are open to requests.
