I came here because I have had such great experiences at the Evanston location, but this one feels much more like Aunt sues' beauty school than a real salon, like the one in Evanston. I had a perm and it didn't take- plus it took hours because the girl put too many rollers in my head - so many my neck hurt. She was barely supervised and I had to hear her talking with her friend the whole time.
