We got a great deal on a great car here at Hidy Honda. No complaints - it was all easy and smooth and friendly. Salesperson knew the details on the car, price was right, everyone took care of us. They had to special order our car and it came in when it was supposed to.

Frank Z has treated me right each time my car has needed warranty service... needing your car worked on sucks, but my experience here was that they were up-front with you about what would be involved in the work, expenses, and gave very accurate estimates for repair time. The service manager made sure to keep me up-to-date on my car's status if and when it would change and the quality of the work done was unquestionable. Highly recommended.

I went to Matt Castrucci and was treated with the utmost respect. I had a brake problem and received the lowest price and a full understanding of what was to be done. It was quick, the people were very knowledgable and friendly. I have bought 4 used vehicles and 1 new from them and never had a problem in sales or service. I highly recommend this dealership.

While driving from Arizona to Massachusetts fully loaded my left rear wheel bearing wore out. Planet Ford had me back on the road in under two hours. People were friendly and efficient.
Pros: Fast, inexpensive service in an emergency
Cons: Not so easy to find if you're unfamiliar with the area

Being military we have lived and bought cars in alot of places and we are actually sad to say we will be going to NC next and wish they could come with us, Rick Johnson was an absolutely wonderful and personable salesperson who didn't rush and even though we called him almost every day for a week while deciding on whether we wanted a dodge or nissan we choose the dodge because he was personable and didn't call to push us, he didn't even requesty a credit check which was a refreshing part of the process and what brought us back! I am carefully considering trading in my other car just because of their great customer service especially towards military!

Yankee Auto Bath offers several levels of services, from a basic car wash to a full detail job. Their prices are in line with most of their cometition, and the service is very good. I have always been pleased with the condition of my vehicle after it's been cleaned here. They don't leave a speck of dirt anywhere, including under the hood and in the trunk. Very good service.

This site [as of writing] lists Frank Z as used car sales only, but they also do a lot of new car sales, and it was honestly the best experience one could ask for in buying a new vehicle. They staff were very friendly, helpful, answered questions knowledgably and honestly [admitting if they didn't know something, but finding the correct answer], and never pressured us to make a purchase or even a decision. On top of this, after looking at the car information, we found that they didn't have the 'ideal' car for us, but they found one in the area and brought it to us at a better price than anyone else was offering. An all-around excellent experience.

This is a great place to have a car fixed. I was in an accident and needed to have repairs made to my car. This shop was very fast in making the reapirs and my car looked great when they were finished. The staff was friendly and they worked to obtain payment from my insurance company. I like the fact that they guarantee body repairs for life.

This body shop seems to do very good work. I can't say I have any complaints about the quality of the repair, but I think they're a little overpriced. I think body work is overpriced altogether, but Carl's is right up there in price.
