Pretty lousy place. The staff is lazy and stands around especially during open to the public jumps. My son was bouncing and twisted his ankle, the staff just stared blindly as he was crying then once I got their attention they offered an ice pack. That would have been great if it wasn't a frozen paper towel!!! HOW CHEAP ARE YOU!?
My suggestion is for the owners to actually get off their ass and make sure their staff is doing their job. Bottom line is they don't care about their customers and their staff really brings the place down.
I was even told to go somewhere else when I had voiced my complaints.
Their competitor might not have the frills but at least I know my child will be safe and I will be respected.
