Wild Ginger is a relatively new restaurant, just recently making its entrance onto the Great Neck restaurant scene. This was a fun experience and we got to sit towards the back where the many dishes were being prepared. The food is served on funky plates and we were happy when they did not come in super sized portions.
Another thing I really liked about this place was that they gave you the option of having brown rice, instead of white rice. Service was prompt and good. Unlike most Asian restaurants, this one did not have a lot to choose from, but sometimes it is nice to know you are not just dining at one of the cookie cutter Asian restaurants that are so common to find in the NY Area.
The experience left us fulfilled, but not overstuffed.
