I was rear ended by someone in the parking lot and needed to get a reasonable estimate for the insurance company to see. I got the estimate and the best thing about this company was their promptness in calling me and keeping me updated on my car. Their customer service was real friendly. My car was repaired after 2 weeks at the shop but it was quite expensive. I bargained with them and they lowered the price a little.
