Awful customer service 10/14/2011

Good: The Look of my new fence. Bad: Awful. Had owner George come out based on recommendation of family. Swell Guy. However, it ended there. No communication from office, material takes forever, no communication as far as start dates. BETTY the rude, sarcastic and loudly sighing woman who answers the phone will talk to you like you are a nuisance and not a 10,000 paying customer. The gates were out in wrong, huge gaps were left under the corners which we had to fight about to fix, a panel was put in with a dent. The day they did finally start. Improvements: A new woman in the front office Updates courtesy a job well done. more
