Dear Jay. This email is written to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your assistance with the repair of my door. Its like driving a new truck again! Jesse Hartman was his usual "Mr. Above and Beyond" in getting in contact with me regarding the repair. I even got an alignment done at the same time. With the exception of maintenance done while I was on an assignment, I haven't taken my truck to any other dealer than Fred Haas World. I just had my 16th oil change done there at 89,490 miles. Their customer care protocol is outstanding, and I have and will continue to take my SUV there and recommend FH to other Toyota owners as the top of the line in customer service.
