I want you to know of the excellent service I received from your Express Service Staff today. Yesterday, (Fathers Day) my wife went to do some shopping. When she got to her destination she noticed the Tire Pressure indicator light on the instrument panel. She checked all the tires and they appeared to be ok. This morning I again checked the tires and found one to be needing air. Luckily I had air pressure pump to inflate the tire. Upon further inspection I also located a large screw in the bottom of the tire. I drove our C-RV to you Express Service Department. A short time later our car tire was fixed and your Service Department Folkseven washed our car. When I asked about the bill, I was told the is NO CHARGE! WOW ! We could have had a major problem to be stranded some where in 100 degree heat. However, the Honda Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) gave us a "heads-up" of a possible tire problem. "It does work". Again, Kudos to the Folks at Honda and your Excellent Service Staff.
