Tootsie Plohound is a funky shoes store that caters to the more eclectic class of shoe wearers. They sell sneakers, boots, stilletos and kitten heels and slippers.
There are seasonal items in store and they almost always have shoes on sale. Tootsie Plohound has a couple of different locations in the city so it shouldn't be too hard to find a store.
