Tapioca Express is a great hang out place for teens. There are couches, chairs and board games to make hanging out there fun. Their drinks varies from $2.50-$4.00 and have yummy snacks like fried chicken and fish balls. I love to drink their strawberry and melon bubble tea. Bubble tea is a smoothie or coffee with sweet starchy "pearls" on the bottom. It's really good!
