This dealership knowingly soild us a brand new grand cherokee that was seriously defective. They knew about the problem and sold us the piece of junk anyway. We now have to try to deal with this thing. Wasting our time and possibly a lot of our money. They are a lousy place that tries to tell you to your face that you are getting a fair deal and the best one available, then laughs and high fives behind your back. There is always a little bit of a game to play when buying a car, these theives take it to the max. Poor dealership, poor customer service. We would advise everyone to stay away and head up north for a jeep/chrysler/dodge product.
