I keep going back to them whenever I need something done on my Infiniti. I've found their rates to be reasonable, and even more importantly, I trust them. They give me honest answers when I ask if I need to have something done immediately or not. And the fact that they will tell me what can wait usually encourages me to go ahead and get it done because I don't feel like I am being talked into something that is expensive and I don't need. I also find waiting there is convenient because they have free wifi and free coffee, and today I took advantage of their free loaner car to run some errands.
