This is a nice place to live if you like loud people and crime. The office, as in any other apartment complex, put on a nice show to get you here, but after that you are on your own. There is ONE very nice handy-man but apart from his pleasant smile the rest are vultures. You CANNOT have a dish unless you are on the unsafe bottom floors and they can "shoot through the trees". The gym is outdated, the gate works once a week if we are lucky, and the office is unorganized with your personal mail. Things are outdated and over price. Your water, sewer, and trash are included but apart from that its not worth it. The newer tenants fix their car in their driveway and in the road and shady people walk through the apartment all hours of the night because the gate is NOT working. Do NOT sign a long lease or else you will regret it. Carpets are horrible quality and everything shows. Be weary of this complex. You have been warned.
