I wish we had more choices for auto dealerships in the North Central Mass Area, because if we did, I would never go to Ron Bouchard. Alas, we don't have that many options, so I have had to go to Ron Bouchard for service over the years. Although there are many aspects of the business which emphasize service (great service advisors, coffee and donuts, complementary car usage, coupons for free car washes), the actual service leaves much to be desired. I had several complaints about how they dealt with my repair issue and wrote a long letter to the management. I never received a response, which I think is a sign of poor service. I think that they are okay, but if another dealer opens up around here, I will be going there instead!
