Lagoon is a fun experience for a date, with family, or with friends. For the grown-ups, there are thrill rides like the Cliffhanger, Sumarai, and the Rocket. There are also the old-time favorites that you remember riding from the time you were a kid like the Jet Star II and the old white rollercoaster. There are also extreme thrill rides like the Catapult (which is awesome!) that you can go on for an extra fee. There is a whole section of kiddie rides. There is also the Lagoon-A beach, a water park that is open during the summer months. They also have the Pioneer Village, which is a recreated pioneer village with a bunch of different shops, and an ice cream shop that is a special treat! During Halloween, they open for Frightmares where most of the regular amusement park rides are open and then they have 3 large haunted houses. The price is worth it, and it's an even better deal if you get a "bounce back" so you can go back a second time for a discounted rate. The season passports are also a good deal if you plan on going a lot.
