Good: The manager was nice & helpful when my husband had to involve the Sheriff Dept. to get some of our stolen property back!!. Bad: The woman on the phone was a RAGING HAG no regard to my husband, who all that he was just trying to do was get back his families personal items & Christmas presents back that were stolen along with our truck from the Kitsap Mall - she seriously needs an attitude adjustment!!. Improvements: A nice, friendly & helpful person on the other end of the phone since we don't live locally & can't drive the 3 hours every day just to check the shop for our stolen property!!. Other: I know the Kitsap County Sheriff's office is extremely busy so I advise anyone who's recently had their stuff stolen check this pawn shop it seems to be the HOTT spot for stolen items & also that a certain female employee doesn't seem to understand that HARD WORKING people shouldn't have to re-buy there stolen items that she has inside her work place just because she could care less!!.
