ROTO ROOTER SERVICE 12/07/2009? - ? - Today
We are pleased with the work that they did. I heard from my husband in the afternoon that "we had a problem" in our basement. As it turns out, there was sewage backup in our laundry area downstairs... how embarrasing as i had company over by the time we found out our ill fate. When I called roto-rooter, they were on their way before I got off the phone (we have a baby so this truely was an emergency). The main service man, John and his colleague were both very polite and professional....they explained what was wrong and though we ended up needing more work done than i expected, they explained everything to me very well and worked efficiently at fixing the problem. the area was cleaned up and they had it done in no time!

This is a really neat museum that should be seen at least once! The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame pays tribute to the greatest legends who shaped rock n roll history as we know it today. A few names that come to mind are The
Beatles, Michael Jackson, and Madonna, but there are so many artists who are portrayed in wax here, and who have personal items (like stage costumes, guitars) preserved in glass cases. This place is pretty amazing.

the dining experience was great. our server Diane was amazing she was very attentize and kind she made us feel like we were family. We loved her funny sense of humor. The atmosphere is so relaxing and warm weather its 100 degrees or zero degrees its always a comfortable place to be. As far as the food it was great proably one of the best steaks i have ever have there is no comparissson. The location is terrible as much as i like coming there the neighborhood is getting worse and if continues to get bad I dont t hink i will be coming down there anymore

My wife and I went to John Q's on a whim a few nights ago, before an Indians game. Though we are both lifelong Clevelanders, we had never been to John Q's before - though we had passed by it countless times over the years. Needless to say, I'm glad we decided to stop in, I could not give a stronger recommendation. This might just be the best restaurant in Cleveland. The steak was incredible and the service was impeccable. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for us - it was such a nice change of pace. We'll definitely be going back again.

While in Cleveland on vacation, we decided to try out Great Lakes Brewing... had a hard time finding the location, but it was well worth it! Our server was amazing, and gave several good suggestions on what to order. The food was exceptional (if you're ordering dessert, try the infamous bread pudding)! And, of course, their beers are unbeatable... we tried the Edmund Fitgerald Porter and the Blackout Stout, both very tasty and smooth. Try this place if you enjoy finely crafted beers, and if you want to support local small businesses. Great Lakes Brewing Co. rocks!

If you really want authentic Japanese food with a family friendly atmosphere , you have to check it out!
Once you do, you will come back again & again.

Nested in Little Italy, Trattoria Roman Garden has three dining rooms and a patio, yet always a line at the door despite all the seating! That really speaks to the quality of their restaurant. Their food is superb, from delicate raviolis to pasta with marinara sauce. Each dish comes is served in humongous portions and their prices are great. Often, on weekends, they have live music with Sinatra tunes to enhance the Italian experience.

I have been to Pickwick & Frolic Restaurant and Club two times now and both have been great experiences. The first time, we just went and enjoyed an ABSOLUTELY hilarious comedian at Hilarities comedy club (which is right inside and downstairs). This made us want to come back and we did, about a week or two before Christmas and had a nice dinner (their meatloaf was excellent and very hearty and their warm flatbreads and dip were extraordinary!) After dinner, we went downstairs to their (absolutely fabulous and beautiful martini bar) and cabaret. The SHOW WAS FANTASTIC! The performance was more like something you would see at a Las Vegas cabaret and something rarely experienced in Cleveland, Ohio. I highly recommend their Christmas show, it was wonderful with good drinks (try their Moscato wine!) and a nice atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we'll definitely be back, perhaps converting more of our friends to "Pickwick and Frolickers!"

Had bad experience with sagging in the middle of a queen pillow top. Did not use this specific location, use South Blvd. Charlotte, NC. Bed only lasted 1 and 1/2 years before the body impression kept me up and bed started to give me terrible back ache and would wake up feeling like I was hit by a bus in the morning. You can imagine what kind of days I was having, thank God for caffeine. A service guy came to my house and told me it was my frames fault. B. S. I told him it was a standard queen size frame with support in the middle just like it should be. He even got on the bed and jumped up and down while I looked under the bed with a flashlight. He said see how the frame moves up and down? I said no, the frame is not moving up and down while you jump on it, it is in the same position the entire time. It is not the frame. He kept telling me it was we argued about it. He was not helpful. I am filing a BBB complaint about Original Mattress and their service. The one on South Blvd. in Charlotte, NC., not the one in Cleveland.

I was a bit skeptical of going to this place, but in the end I was very satisfied. They have a huge selection of books movies and cd's. I found a couple of things I wanted, and even traded in some books from around the house I no longer needed. Their price for trade ins wasnt very good but it was still something, definately better than having a garage sale. I recommend this place for those who really want some media for a price less than stores sell for. Employees were very friendly as well.
