Pleasant and prompt service. Aaron was thorough in his explanation of what would be done and the options I had. He responded as I walked in the door. Smiled.
I found the web method of trying to schedule the appointment totally inadequate - The earliest appointment was at least a month off whereas by phone I could be taken care of the nest day.

If you want to wash your car or just vacum it this is a do it yourself kind of shop. They have the car vacum hoses which run for about 3 mts for $.75 . The hoses are powerful and I have used them with no problems in the past. There water hose is pretty powerful too and you can wash your car reall well for a few bucks.

I had to take my car into this auto repair shop back a few weeks ago, and they did a great job. The customer service is wonderful and the cost was reasonable. This repair shop was recommended to me by a friend who has had his van fixed here and his mother has had work done on her car as well. We all are very satisfied customers. If you need to have auto repair work done I highly recommend this AAMCO shop.

This is actually a junkyard / wrecking company. You can find about anything your heart desires, or car for that matter LOL. There are many junkyards around Cleveland and this is by far the best due to their parts on hand, prices and even a 10% card they give you for future purchases.

I currently own a 98 Honda Civic and have had zero problems with it other then normal wear and tear. I decided that due to Im going to have a child that it might be time for a new car so I went directly to the closest Honda Dealership, Rick Case. The sales guy David and most of the other employees were adequate at their job, besides the loan officer. I put a deposit on a fit and went thru the normal hoops. I was quoted 7-9% which I was conent with. I had a oppointment at 6:20, being in customer service I got there early. I waited approx. 30 mins past the 6:20 and he was still in a appointment with a special customer. He not once came out and introduced himself or appologized for the length of his current missed appointment. After roughly 40 mins (when he was finished with his special appointment, he came out said that he would be right with me and it would only be a 5 min meeting and proceeded to walk outside and talk on his cell phone. I waited another 15 mins, having other things to do I informed the salesman that I had another appointment and left. Upon leaving the parking lot I saw the loan officer getting off his cell phone and proceed to talk to one of the sales guy. I'm glad my deposit was not a significant amount due to I would not deal with a company that employeed a horrible customer service individual as that. I am currently purchasing a Mazda.

I recently had my transmission replaced by Transmissions By Bruce. Everyone was very helpful and explained everything to me. They towed in my car for free where other places were going to charge me. My repair was done within a few days. They even took me for a test drive and explained the after care instructions. I have never been to a place where a business treats a customers car like their own. I highly recommend Transmissions by Bruce to everyone.

Even though the name sound really bad and unreliable (The Lusty Wrench), they do excellent work. In my opinion, Lusty Wrench is one of the best places to go for auto repairs without going directly to the dealer. While their prices can get quite high (not as high as the dealership thankfully) it’s worth paying to know that your car was fixed right.
