Headlines Unlimited is great. They are a full-scale beauty salon and etc. They do colorings, perms, highlights, and everything else in between. I needed a new hair style, and my friend had gone here before and recommended them. Needless to say, I was not disappointed in this visit. They were nice and kind and very professional. The cost was in line with other beauty salons as well. I will be going back to Headlines Unlimited, located in Blacksburg. They know what they are doing, and they are the best! I recommend them muchly!
