I went with my mom to Halo piercing, as we both wanted to get our belly buttons pierced, and I was also considering getting my ear cartilage pierced. I called ahead to see if we needed an appointment, and was told no…but we may have a 10-15 minute wait. No problem. My mom and I show up, each with a $5.00 off our belly jewelry purchase (piercing extra, small fee). We were told it would be about 20 minutes. Again, that was fine. We decided to pick out or jewelry while we waited. They had a very poor selection of “starter” belly rings to choose from (maybe 4-5 that were very plain silver, no color). 20 minutes passed, and still we sat, while the workers are dinner, not even acknowledging us. After 30 minutes we got their attention, and they said it would be about 20-30 more minutes, and they all went back to talking. There were 3 people who came in after us, who were told a one hour wait. We opted to NOT wait and left, and went to another piercing studio. Parking was HORRIBLE at this location. I would NOT ever go there again even if it was FREE!
