This is a great service located in Old Town Scottsdale. You just give them the specifics of what you need, what type of rent you want to pay, the amenitiies you are looking for, location, etc. and they do all of the work and are paid by the property management companies so it doesn't cost you anything to use their services.

I have toured these apartments and they appear very quiet. although I wish they had had walk in closets and private patios, but the apartmetns themselves were very sound proofed, which is what I was looking for. They are large and have big windows and patios and the management seemed to provide good customer service to the residents. As we walked around the property they said "hello" to everyone we saw.

What is really nice about this apartment complex is that it is located off of two major roads, but it tucked behind businesses off into a neighborhood so you would hardly know that it exists. Has lots of different floor plans.

This property is located on a rather busy street, is a very small complex, trying to change their appearance at the moment and doing improvements. Not a place i would want to live in or would recommend to friend even though they were doing improvements when I was there to visit a friend's apartment. They do have a pool.

This is an older, larger apartment complex. What is really nice is that the walls between all of the apartments are concrete which cuts down on any kind of sound problems. This complex is very quiet from what I can see. They have small patios which is the one thing I didn't like about them. It didn't seem like a real homey type of place to me.

This complex is very large, but is situated so that you don't really know there are 300+ apartments. Management changes often, so there are always new rules, and they don't follow thru with things from month to month. Nice heated pool when the decide to heat it all year.
