This place is a great place to spend the day for lots of fun. They have go karts, mini golf, kiddie rides, batting cages and so much more. There is an arcade to play in and snack bar areas. On weekends, summer and holiday they can be pretty busy but other than that it is a great place to have fun with the whole family.

This is one of the nicer bowling allies in the area. I am not a professional bowler by any means, so we go just to have fun. The staff is friendly and it is an upbeat envrinment. Call ahead to check lane availability though because they sometimes have competitions going on and you can't get in.
If you have an Entertainment book for the Phoenix area, there is a buy-one-get-one coupon in it for this bowling alley.
Also, there are a few restaraunts in the same plaza as the bowling alley, so you can plan to go to "World of Noodles" or "Subway" after you bowl.

Whether you're a Frank Lloyd Wright fan or not, you have to admire Taliesin West. Nowhere else will you find a group of buildings so wonderfully sculpted to blend with their surroundings. It's simply amazing to see how water, light, and shapes can affect how a building is perceived.
The night time tours are incredible. The buildings are lit from within and you can look out over the lights of the Valley. Wine, cheese and crackers are served and it makes for a very romantic date.

I LOVE the Scottsdale Art museum. It is quite small, but it is in an area of old town that complements the museum with lots of other galleries that are within walking distance. The museum usually carries modern art. One thing that us locals know about is that the admission fee is waived on Thursday nights so that you can go for free!

Looking for a fine rifle or shotgun? This is a stop you have to make. These friendly gentlemen have some of the best made rifles and shotguns around. I especially like the side-by-side shotguns with engraving of birds and dogs.

This is a national fantasy football coalition that has numerous leagues, each with it’s own live draft. You can pay $100, or $200 to play. The $200 level has prizes for the league winner. Either level has a grand prize of $10,000 available. These are the best fantasy players around. The service and competition is the best bar none. I really look forward to playing again next year.

Aquasafe is a large facility with a salt water pool. They offer mommy & me classes and swimming lessons. The pool is behind a wall of clear glass and the parents sit behind the wall stadium style. The swim teacher works with 3-4 children at a time and teaches them age appropriate skills. My son was terrified of the water and now he is a fish. I would recommend these lessons for any child who is afraid of the water. They also offer private lessons if you feel your child would do better by himself. There is a play area for siblings who cannot participate. They have showers for after lessons and a locker room.
