I had purchased a set of pearl earrings from this place for my mother in law and they tried to rip me off. I did not see that the post of the earring was bent and me being a guy I did not know that it mattered much. However, when my wife saw it she was mad. They had ripped me off but luckily I had the receipt still and I returned the thing since they did not have a similiar one in stock. I really liked the customer service representative but they really did quite a job on me. I will be more careful in the future with them.
