I think it was just the waitress we had, but we were really disappointed with the service. They apparently give you complimentary bruschetta. We would have loved that. However, in our case, they gave everyone BUT us complimentary bruschetta.
They had great specials, but we didn't know because our waitress never told us about them. We heard them from other wait staff telling other customers.
However, their food - despite our grumblings and pre-determination to NOT like them - was quite good. Very authentic Italian food. The Bolognese sauce was as good as some restaurants I've eaten at IN BOLOGNA.
So, although the service for us stank, I'd go back because the food was so good.
