Pretty good place actually. You can get a whole plate with one side for under $4. I usually get their orange chicken and beef and brocoli with fried rice. They do have more selections but a bit americanized menu. Other things to note: no free refills, catering available (not sure how much are those), and no msg (definately a good thing, but it also explains the quality of the food).
Give it a try when you need something quick, though there are times when the lines are just very long.
