Heaven and Earth Salon Spas in Pottsville is just like the title says “heaven”. The owner Scott does a fantastic job styling hair. The faculties are great, parking is above average, but you have to pay for the meter. They are extremely high prices especially if you have the owner “do” your hair, expect over $100 for cut and color.
