The Jasmine Deli serves the best Vietnamese food in the Twin-Cities. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and they will prepare anything vegetarian. I highly recommend the bun salad and the spring rolls, both with tofu and mock duck. Simply delicious. It looks like a hole in the wall, but the food is cheap and perfect.
