Located in a strip mall in Naperville, Pancake Cafe derives its name from its namesake - baked Apple and German Pancakes (lemon). While these products are good (allow an extra 15 minutes for preparation), they are more dessert than breakfast fare. I would recommend the homemade Corned Beef Hash and the Western Crepe - plus the homemade salsa is to die for (though on the spicy side). Coffee is Kona and very good. It's fairly crowded in the mornings, though the crowd lessens considerably during lunch and dinner.
