Chuy's is an Austin favorite. They have the best chips and salsa and you have to make sure and ask for the jalapeno ranch dip. One of my favorite dishes that they serve is the chuychanga. It is a large flour tortilla filled with chicken and cheese. They serve large portions of rice and beans to go with it. You can also watch the ladies in the restarant that make the tortillas....and they will even give you samples while you wait. The only negative is there is almost always a wait. So get there early!!
