Dr. Stein re-did 4 root canals my husband had done unnecessarily by a shady dentist in Staten Island. He walked us through what the problems were with his teeth by showing us the x-rays and pointing out what the problems were. He told us what the follow-up procedure would entail and spaced out the 4 root canals over time, telling us which were the most urgent and which could wait. We appreciated that he was really looking out for my husband's well-being.
On the day of the procedure, Dr. Stein was reassuring. My husband had no pain and was not at all uncomfortable at any point. Dr. Stein has the most wonderful rapport with his patients.
His staff is beyond kind and friendly and Dr. Stein runs on time. The waiting room has a great selection of magazines, is spacious and has a TV tuned into CNN. The office is modern.
