Kelly is the only reason that I continue to be a customer of the Tenpachi in Charles Village (now named Moxie Hair Studio). Besides her, the only other positive attributes in my opinion are a low key atmosphere and cheap prices. Kelly is the only stylist (not just at Moxie but in Baltimore, MD) that I've felt comfortable with and trust with my hair. Even though I am generally unimpressed with Moxie Hair Studio, I will continue to be a patron because of Kelly.
