Well run office - good rapport and demeanor

I have been a patient of Dr. Bass' office for over 10 years now, and have to say, its a well run office, although, they do tend to get behind as the day wears on. Earlier appointments still often result in a wait, but they seem to catch up over lunch, so early afternoons are best as well.
Good response to requests for prescriptions and a couple of calls over the years for same day appointments for an unforeseen minor emergency have always been accommodated. (which is why i will never complain about a reasonable wait in a doctor's office).
