Good Apartments ! Bad Service

I was Looking across all apartments in Buffalo area and i really liked these ones. They were close to many convenient places. They had huge apartments, decent rent and great community but when I made an appointment to see the apmt, the lady who was supposed to be there did not turn up. I was disappointed at that time, but still called and left a voice mail since I like the apartments. I didnt recieve a call back till a week and i decided to switch to another apartments.
